Employer entries for The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers for 2026 are now open and should be made using this entry form by 5pm on Friday 20th March.

Entries are open to apprenticeship employers with 100 or more employees in the UK, that are employing a minimum of 10 apprentices at the time of entry.

Each apprenticeship employer entering for the 2026 rankings will receive:

  1. Entry into The Sunday Times Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers, which will be featured in The Sunday Times, in print and online, in the summer of 2026.
  2. Their individual ranking within their own industry or employment sector, eg. '1st in technology', '3rd in construction', 4th in hospitality' or '8th in health & social care'.
  3. Full feedback on their entry, benchmarking their apprenticeship programmes with other employers entering for this year’s rankings.
  4. Five complimentary annual digital subscriptions for The Times & Sunday Times.
  5. Free places on an exclusive programme of apprenticeship employer workshops hosted by The Sunday Times and BPP in autumn 2026.

The entry fee for the 2026 rankings is £495+VAT which is payable by invoice or credit card.

Please confirm how many apprentices who started an apprenticeship in 2025 were newly-recruited for their apprenticeships and how many were existing employees who transferred onto an apprenticeship - plus their gender, age, ethnic background, and whether they have learning difficulties or disabilities.


5. How many apprentices at your organisation successfully completed their apprenticeships between 1st January 2025 and 31st December 2025?

For example, in England this would be apprentices who completed all the requirements of their apprenticeship and passed the End-Point Assessment (EPA) in 2025.
